Steinrøys is Henrik R.Fossum's music concept. The lyrics and music is cooperation between Henrik and Ed Martin. The music arrangements and the production are by Henrik in addition to the drums and a selection of other instruments.
"Circles" has been recorded at PBUG Studio in London. The musicians on this recording are people whom Henrik has worked with as the sound engineer for “The PB Underground”, which is led by the renowned drummer Pete Ray Biggin (Level 42, Adele, Amy Winehouse, Chaka Kahn etc.)
The lead vocalist in Steinrøys, Ed Martin has recorded several CD's with the band "I am Giant". He has also toured as their vocalist in Australia supporting Slash in addition to their own tour of the US. The horn section on the recording has a CV dating all the way back to Oscar Peterson (Tom Jones, Lulu, Chaka Kahn, Level 42, Paul McCartney) onto today's top performing artists such as Robbie Williams, Noel Gallagher, Joss Stone, Blur etc..
